En Israël, dans un village rural (Moshav), Ori, une enfant de 9 ans curieuse et débordante d’imagination, et ses frères Adam (13 ans) et Nimrod (6 ans) ont construit une cabane dans le jardin d’Ida (85 ans), leur singulière voisine amoureuse des fleurs et mal voyante. Alors que ses frères considèrent Ida comme une ennemie qui veut détruire leur cabane, et qu’ils s’amusent à l’exaspérer, Ori est intriguée et touchée par le coté fantasque de la vieille femme. Peu à peu, leurs farces passent de l’amusement à la cruauté, est Ori est tiraillée entre sa loyauté envers ses frères et son lien grandissant avec Ida.
In Israel, in a rural village (Moshav), Ori, a curious and imaginative 9-year-old, and her brothers Adam (13) and Nimrod (6) have built a tree house in the garden of Ida (85), their unusual neighbour who loves flowers and is visually impaired. While her brothers see Ida as an enemy who wants to destroy their hut, and have fun infuriating her, Ori is intrigued and touched by the old woman’s whimsical side. Little by little, their pranks turn from fun to cruelty, and Ori is torn between her loyalty to her brothers and her growing bond with Ida.
